The Brian P. Martell Hart Foundation (BPM) supports local families carrying that weight by providing direct financial assistance to patients and the loved ones walking beside them. We can’t change the diagnosis, but we can help make the day-to-day a little lighter, so strength and energy can go where they matter most.
The BPM Foundation offers direct financial assistance to help ease the burden of cancer treatment. No campaigns to manage. No hoops to jump through. Just help, from people who care, to people who need it.

Requests are reviewed personally by the Martell family and the foundation board. We keep it human and we keep it simple.

When approved, families receive direct financial support to help with the everyday costs that come with treatment. No strings, just support.
The foundation is run entirely by the Martell family and a volunteer board of directors. There are no salaries. No overhead. No administrative fees.
That means every dollar donated goes directly to families in our community who need a little extra support right now.

The Brian Martell Foundation was created by the Martell family in memory of Brian Martell – a devoted husband, father, son, and brother – who passed away after a battle with cancer.
Like so many families, they experienced how overwhelming this journey can be—not just emotionally, but financially. The goal of this foundation is simple: to make that road a little lighter for other families walking it now.
